Convenient location. A large shopping center is right across the street, a grocery store on the side, a kfc on the first floor, a coffee shop across the street, a tram stop right at the entrance to the house. It's a 5-minute walk to the old town. Beautiful view from the window. The house is warm. Lots of dishes. Easy communication with the owner, clean apartment (there were some defects, but they did not spoil the impression).
